Kneads Must whilst massaging

The Kneader is a massage tool created by professional massage therapist, Una Tucker. Una came up with the idea for The Kneader after failing to find a simple, affordable hand-held massage tool for her clients to use in-between their treatments.

During the initial product trials, she realised that The Kneader was the perfect supplemental tool for professional therapists, as it can help save their hands from strain during deep and/or repetitive movements.

The Kneader is made from acrylic, so looks good and is both durable and washable. It has been designed so that every part of the tool is usable and multi-functional in order achieve as light or as deep a massage as is required.

The upper - main - arch is ideal for effleurage, light frictions or the rocking movements in petrissage, enabling a soft slow rub or lean in for a deeper pressure.

The upper side portions are good for deeper kneading, trigger points or friction movements and the lower arch is ideal for effleurage over small areas such as the arms or calves.

The more defined bottom edge is particularly good for working in between and around the shoulder blade area.

The Kneader comes with a comprehensive instructional manual, DVD and website support providing hand position suggestions and step-by-step advice on massage techniques for both therapists' use and for home massage in-between professional treatments.
